• All luggage and personal belongings must be removed from rooms by the check-out time.
• Early check-in/late check-out requests will be subject to availability on arrival/departure to the property. Luggage storage is not available at the property.
- Infants and children are considered as a guest here at SMDC if you are staying with one. Please send us a message.
- A child 2 years old and below can stay for free in existing bedding but counts toward maximum occupancy allowed in the unit.
Extra person (2 years old and above) fee of Php 400 per person per night is applicable when occupants exceed (2) the standard occupancy. No extra bed provided due to limited space.
Maximum 2 extra person allowed in the unit.
In the situation that an extra guest stays for only part of the nights booked, the extra person fee still applies for the total nights of the group stay.
Please note that the accommodation is to be tidy and all cutlery, crockery, kitchenware must be washed upon Check-Out. A fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required. Observe clean as you go
Mid Stay Clean: Service Clean including full linen change and vacuuming of apartment for guests staying 5 nights or more.
Extra cleaning is available on request at additional charge.
No smoking is allowed in the property (includes balcony areas). Guests who smoke will be liable to pay a Php 10,000 fine and additional damage charges may apply to compensate later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking or the owner of the property for bookings that need to be relocated to a different property.
Strictly NO PETS allowed.
- Cooking is not permitted to prevent any fire alarms from being triggered. However, guests are welcome to order delivery and reheat meals using the microwave.
